VibeCast

VibeCast is a broadcast compose-and-send interface for dispatching text to terminal tabs. Send to a single targeted terminal or broadcast to all terminals at once.

Opening VibeCast

Toggle VibeCast with Cmd+Shift+V or the toolbar button. In Detailed view it opens as a tab in the content viewer; in Terminal Board view it floats as a spotlight over the board, so you don’t have to leave board mode to broadcast.

Only one VibeCast tab exists per editor group.

Targeting terminals

  • A target popover shows terminals grouped by project
  • Cycle targets with the keyboard
  • Targets auto-sync when terminal tabs change
  • Select a single terminal or broadcast to all

Sending messages

Type your message in the compose field and send. VibeCast dispatches the text to the selected target(s).

Message history

  • Groups consecutive messages by target
  • Retains up to 500 messages

Board and Spotlight

  • VibeCast renders as a board tile with compose and history
  • VibeCast appears in the spotlight carousel

Rephrase

Invoke your configured text-service CLI to rephrase compose text before sending.

Inline triggers

VibeCast supports inline triggers — type the trigger token to insert file paths or shortcuts.

💡 Tip: Use broadcast mode to send the same command (like git pull) to all project terminals simultaneously.
